Experience a day of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit, all while contributing to a vital scholarship fund. Your participation helps us reach our goal of raising $100,000 for deserving students.

Event Overview 

Date: June 27th

Location: Broadmoor Country Club

Check-in: Starts at 12:00 PM

Start time (tee-off): 1:00 PM

Estimated end: ~6:00 PM

Format: 18-hole round of golf Shambles

Activities: Lunch, on-course mini-games, mulligan/swag purchases, raffle/auctions, sponsor shout-outs, silent auction (if feasible)

Itinerary: June 27th 

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Registration, check-in, and lunch service begins


Registration tables staffed with volunteers to welcome players, issue scorecards, and explain mulligan/mini-game options.

Lunch service in the dining area or patio with a takeaway option for players heading to carts.

Welcome display: event mission, impact summary, sponsor banners, and a QR code linking to the charity’s donation page or mobile bidding.

Optional pre-round briefing: quick overview of the day, safety reminders, format details, and on-course game placements.

 

12:45 PM – 1:00 PM: Player briefing and warm-up


Brief welcome remarks from the event chair or charity representative (2–3 minutes).

Team assignments and pace-of-play reminders.

Distribution of player packets: scorecard, rule sheet, mulligan purchase options, on-course mini-games map, chip-in pool details, and any raffle/auction information.

Optional: short on-course warm-up (putting green practice area set up near the first tee).

 

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Golf round with integrated mini-games and mulligan opportunities


Tee-off: Shamble

 

Shotgun start: All players begin simultaneously at designated holes; ensures a compact schedule.

 

On-course mini-games (sample setup, adjust to course layout and sponsor support):

Closest to the Pin: 2–3 designated holes with markers. Entry card included in player packet; small entry fee recommended.

Longest Drive: One or two fairways with prize for longest measured drive.

Putting Challenge: A dedicated 9th hole or practice green with a time-boxed challenge; prize for best score within a window.

 

4:00 PM – 4:45 PM: Finish of round, on-course wrap-up, and player gifts


All players return to the clubhouse.

Quick cooldown and debrief on last-on-hole mini-games and successful donations.

Collected scorecards turn in; score verification by volunteers.

On-course prize distribution for mini-games.

 

4:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Silent auction / live auction / raffle draws (optional)

 

5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Awards, reflections, and sponsor shout-outs


Short awards ceremony recognizing:

Team with best score (if using standard scoring)

Winners of mini-games and mulligan badges

Top fundraising team or individual

Sponsor recognition and gratitude

Share impact: a brief update on the charity’s use of funds and stories from beneficiaries.

Thank-you notes to volunteers, staff, and sponsors; announce next-year plan or donation matches if applicable.

 

5:45 PM – 6:00 PM: Closing remarks and departure


Final thank-you from organizers.

Instructions for leaving items, picking up silent auction won items, and post-event donation options.

Play alongside the pros and win big

Get ready for an exciting day where you can win fantastic prizes, compete in mini-games like "closest to the pin" and "longest drive," and even play alongside PRO AM players and other retired professional athletes. This is your chance to showcase your skills and meet some legends!

Event highlights and what's included

Join Attorney Nathaniel Lee and his church, Olivet Missionary Baptist Church, for a fantastic golf tournament at Broadmoor Country Club.

The tournament kicks off at 1:00 PM, preceded by a special presentation for the "brothers and sisters in law" at approximately 11:30 AM.

We're looking for 20 teams of 4 players each, with a team registration fee of $1,000. Your registration includes delicious hor d'oeuvres and lunch. The golf format will be shambles, with opportunities to participate in mini-games like closest to the pin, longest drive, and a putting contest.
